  1. Take a long warm bath.

When was the last time you took any form of bath or shower alone?  Do it after the kids are in bed, or while your husband keep them occupied elsewhere. Make the bath warm, add Geranium body wash for bubbles. Turn on some music. Enjoy yourself!

  1. Have a Face mask during bath time

Mix a teaspoon of clay in water or milk to a paste. Apply on your face for max 10 minutes. Clay masks sooth and heal skin and remove excess oil. Keep your face clear out of excess impurities.

  1. Get a massage.

Give your body skin a coat of protection and moisturise. Keep your skin soft and shine.
